Privacy Policy

The Application may collect the following information:

• email address
• user ID and authentication identifiers
• nickname
• profile photo
• gym or box affiliation
• health and fitness data you provide, including height, weight, gender, daily condition, workout records, 1RM records, HYROX records, workout memos, and related performance information
• photos and videos you upload, including workout media and 1RM media
• feedback messages you submit
• technical information such as IP address, device type, operating system, app version, session information, and push notification token

The Application does not collect precise GPS location data.

The Application does not currently access Apple HealthKit or Health Connect.

We use collected information to:

• create and manage accounts
• provide profile, workout logging, 1RM tracking, and community features
• store and sync workout and profile data
• generate personalized workout recommendations
• analyze workout photos or screenshots that you choose to upload
• send service-related notices and push notifications
• respond to support and feedback requests
• maintain security and comply with legal obligations

Because the Application is a fitness and workout logging service, it processes health and fitness data you provide, including body profile data and workout performance records.

Health and fitness data is used only for Application features reasonably expected by users, such as:

• workout history and progress tracking
• 1RM and HYROX record management
• daily condition tracking
• personalized workout recommendations
• workout image analysis when you choose to use AI features
• optional sharing of workout records with your box or the community, depending on your selected sharing settings

We do not sell health data or use health data for third-party advertising.

If you use AI-based features, the Application may process:

• recent workout records and daily condition data to generate workout recommendations
• uploaded workout photos, whiteboard photos, or screenshots for workout recognition or text extraction

When you use these AI-based features, relevant data may be transmitted to Google Gemini or related Google AI services solely to provide those features.

We may use trusted service providers to operate the Application, including services for authentication, database hosting, storage, notifications, and AI processing.

These may include:

• Supabase
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Google or Apple sign-in services
• Google Gemini or related AI services

If you choose a non-private sharing option inside the Application, your workout records and related content, including your nickname, profile photo, box affiliation, workout details, score information, and attached media, may be visible to other users according to your selected sharing setting.

We may disclose data when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the service.

We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate operational and legal purposes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by using the account deletion feature in the Application or by contacting us at sm8thtale@gmail.com.

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information processed through the Application.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application after an update means you accept the revised policy.
